About Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
ANM, an abbreviation for Auxiliary Nurse Midwife, is a diploma course in the medical health sector. Recognizing the need and understanding the importance of trained professionals in the sector students are provided with proper knowledge and training child and maternal health care.This particular area that has always required special attention and understanding is therefore addressed through this diploma course.
Girls who choose to become qualified ANMs can to do so in departments like maternal and child services, MCH, RCH, Sub Center, PHC and CHC.They will later have a choice to choose their place of work (urban or rural).
